Cancellation Policy

acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. I accept full responsibility for any damage to the elevator and/or common areas caused by myself or my agents and I will cover repair costs as assessed solely by Property Management. I will pay such costs immediately upon demand, or such costs (together with administration costs and interest) may be added as an adjustment in favour of the vendor on the final statement of adjustments, or such costs (together with administration costs and interest) may be paid by the condominium corporation and shall be collectable by the condominium corporation as if same were common expenses in arrears and shall be deemed to be additional contributions towards common expenses payable and recoverable as such. 2. I am liable for non-compliance with any of the terms herein and any resulting damages. 3. If I arrive more than one hour late, the move must be rescheduled. 4. Use of the elevator and loading dock is restricted to the reserved time slot and access must be forfeited once the reservation period ends, regardless of whether the move is complete. 5. Boxes and cartons must be dismantled and disposed of in the designated disposal room inside the loading dock. Disposal via the garbage chute is prohibited and I will be held liable for any damage or service calls resulting from improper disposal. 6. I will not create blockages in the corridors, access points, or elevator lobbies before, during, or after the move. Items must be transported directly between the elevator and unit. No items may be left in the common areas, including the elevator landing, even temporarily. 7. Untitled Toronto and/or its agents shall not be held liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from delays, interruptions, or malfunctions of the service elevator or any impacted common areas. 8. I will request an inspection of the service elevator and adjacent common areas from the Concierge immediately prior to and upon completion of the move. 9. My movers and I will take reasonable precautions to prevent damage to the common areas. 10. My movers and I will take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized entry into the building during the reservation period. 11. All items must be transported through the loading dock and up the service elevators. 12. Transporting items through the main lobby or passenger elevator is strictly prohibited. If the garbage truck arrives on site, the moving truck must be promptly relocated for the duration
